Tina Turner and her Band



Multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, songwriter, arranger and actor, was born in Silver Lake, New York

Timmy went on to tour and record with a number of important artist, incl. Peter Gabriel, Eric Clapton,

Eric Carmen, Carly Simon and Ringo Starr's All Star Band.

Since 1984 he has been a key member of Tina Turner's band, arranging, singing and playing

saxophone, keyboards and percussion. He has also been a featured performer in the video's of

many of her biggest hits.




Joined Tina Turner in 1987. Kenny has previously played with Aretha Franklin and Billy Preston,

and played and sung with The James Cleveland Singers.

In the last two years, Kenny has been performing on his own tour in Europa, and  writing songs for

Patty LaBelle and Dave Koz. He has recently played on Carola King's new album, "Tapestry Revisited




James is a Los Angeles native. He joined Tina Turner in 1980.

And had previously played with Carlene Carter. James played on the "What's Love Got To Do With It"

soundtrack album and appears in the movie.

He has also done two albums with the acclaimed Del Fuegos. James co-wrote "On Silent Wings" with

Tony Joe White, wich appears on Tina's new "Wildest Dreams" album.

James Ralston has also played with John Miles Band




Bob Feit originally from  New York City, and now living in Montreal, joined Tina Turner in 1980.

Bob has also played with The Joe Cocker Band, and also on the "What's love Got To Do With It"

soundtrack and appeared in the movie.




Jack bruno is from Belmont, MA  via Los Angeles and now in Franklin, TN.

He has been touring with Tina Turner since 1980 and also played on her albums.

He also toured with Richard Marx and with Joe Cocker for the last 4 years. He also appears in

Tina's "What's Love Got To Do With It" movie.




John Miles is from Newcastle, and joined Tina Turner in 1987. John has recorded seven solo albums,

and had a huge international hit single entitled "Music" , his other hit single include "Slowdowne" and

"Highfly" . John has toured and sung with Jimmy Paige on his first solo album and tour, "Outrider" .

He has also toured with Joe Cocker and wrote the hit single "Now that the Maigic is Gone" for Joe.

For the last four years, he has been the musical director for "A Night At The Proms" concert all over





Ollie Marland was born in England, He joined Tina Turner in 1987 on the "Break Every Rule" tour.

Oliie is a Songwriter Record Producer and has done many recordings sessions.

He also worked with John Miles on "A Night At The Proms"  and has worked with various artists such

as Paul Young, All Jarreau and Desiree.




Sharon Owens also born in Cansas, and her first performance was with Tina Turner in her "Look me in

the Heart " video in 1990. Sharon has appeared in many video's, films and on television.

She joined her twin sister Karen Owens to tour with Tina Turner in 1993 on the "What's Love Live" tour,

and is also very happy to be back.




Karen Owens was born in Kansas, and joined Janet Jacksons "Rhythm Nation" tour in 1990, which

lasted two years.

She has also appeared in many of Janet's video's. Karen then joined her sister, Sharon, for Tina's

"What's Love Live" tour in 1993 and 1994. Karen was also very happy to be back in the family.




Cynthia Davila is from Los Angeles, and first performed with Debbie Gibson. She then worked with

Janet Jackson on the "Janet" World Tour from 1993 till 1995, and has appeared in several of Janet's

video's. She is the newest and youngest member of our family.
